A Japanese porcelain cup and saucer, both polychrome decorated in Holland (so-called 'Amsterdams bont'), depicting a man and a woman and Arlequino: a scene from the 'Commedia del arte'. In the back a small village. The decoration on the border inspired by Chinese 'rui-heads'.
