Ceremonial goblet to drink to the birthday of Christina Gesina van Hoorn, dated and signed Adrianus Hoevenaar.
On the bowl many hints (depictions of horns) to the birthday of Ms Van Hoorn and her name. On the bowl a calligraphy:
TER / GEDACHTENIS / van de / 58ste VERJAARDAG / Van Vriye / CHRISTINA GESINA / Van HOORN / Op den / 5de November 1796.
Hoevenaar used zeven different fonts for this calligraphy.
